Our Terms

Office Hours

Print Solutions office hours are 9.00am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. Telephone calls received out of hours will be diverted to our answering machine and dealt with on the next working day. Where staff mobile telephone numbers are provided, we ask that you exercise discretion when calling out of hours and only call in emergencies, as in some cases these are also personal telephones. We appreciate your understanding

Contact Print Solutions

In order to deal more effectively with your queries, we ask that you put any questions to us in writing. This allows us to distribute questions to the appropriate departments, and thereby respond to you more efficiently. Print Proof Agreement

If our studio has provided you with a proof, you agree to the design and contents of the printed/PDF document as depicted on the proof. By approval via email, you absolve Print Solutions of all liability for any errors, omissions or discrepancies, which may be present on the proof. Once the final proof is supplied, you are not able to make any changes to the final product, nor are you able to hold Print Solutions responsible for anything you are unhappy with. Our standard Terms & Conditions revokes your right to take any kind of action against Print Solutions for any aspect of the work with which you may later feel dissatisfied with. As long as the finished product is as discussed with the studio and consistent with the proof if supplied, you must pay in full for the work. This fact applies whether or not you later take issue with any aspect of the product. These terms are final and non-negotiable.

Making Changes After Proof Stage (Print Only)

If a change is requested, we will do everything we can to make the correction before the printing starts, but we cannot guarantee this. We accept no responsibility, under any circumstances, for any mistakes present on the completed work, as the signing-off of a proof absolves us of all liability. Once the proof is signed off or agreed, whether verbally or via email, we incur a film / plate(s) charge and this is passed on to you as part of the total charge (see “Price Breakdown”). Any changes made after a proof is signed off will result in a further film / plate(s) charge

Warranty

Print Solutions guarantees all printing services provided to clients insofar as any faults or errors attributable by the company will be rectified within a reasonable period of time so as not to interrupt the service provided by customers to their customers for an unacceptable timeframe.

Vehicle Wrap Disclaimer

Since we have no control over how you care for your vehicle, we must take precautions on what we can guarantee.

you will be charged for cleaning of the vehicle if it is dirty upon arrival.

A “vehicle wrap” is not a paint job! You may see some imperfections on certain hard line contour areas.

  • Even though we always try to have zero overlapping panels, we can’t always guarantee this.
  • We use the best quality film available to us. We also over-laminate the film for extra fade and scratch protection.
  • We offer makers guarantee for film for 1 year against fading and de-lamination when applied to a good factory paint job. Expect 5 to 7 years, average, of use for your wrapped vehicle!
  • We do our best to inspect the vehicle for imperfections and 99% of the times have no problems when removing the film if the wrap is taken off. If you have a less than perfect paint job, there can be minimal lifting of paint or clear coating.
  • We will inspect the vehicle for troubled paint or rust areas. Please note that there is no guarantee that the film will hold up on those spots and we may not be able to see behind any existing wrap or vinyl that has been pre-applied.
  • With our vinyl application experience, you can trust that we will treat your vehicle with the same care that you would use yourself.
  • If you have waxed your car repeatedly, it must be de-waxed before we can “Wrap Your Vehicle”.
  • Never attempt to take off the wrap yourself. Always let the professionals here handle that for you.
  • We offer makers guarantees on all vinyl, standard and perforated window film for 1 year.
  • No rear wiper, scraper or defroster should ever be used on perforated window graphics. You may use a soft brush.
  • On certain inverted areas and body contours, you may see some lifting of the vinyl. We will touch up those areas for free for the first year. We use a special primer adhesive on those areas, but can’t guarantee vinyl “lifts” won’t happen. We cannot replace a panel just for a simple vinyl lift, but will do our best to work it back into the valley of the inverted contour.
  • Plan on leaving your “cleaned” vehicle with us for 2-4 days.

Note: Timings can be affected by weather and ambient temperature / humidity, turnaround times will be subject to conditions at time of ordering.

Quotes / Estimates

All quotes for work are valid for thirty days, after which time all proposed work will have to be re-quoted. We take no responsibility for a re-quoted price differing from an original quote.

Copyright

Unless negotiated and agreed in writing, the copyrights of general artwork, commissioned artwork, print / garment / signage services and print finishing services belong to Print Solutions. If you supply us with material, it is your responsibility to obtain all necessary copyrights for its use, and we assume that you possess these. In such cases, the copyright belongs to you. By signing this agreement, you agree to indemnify Print Solutions from any claim which arises regarding the use of material with which you supply us. We reserve the right to use any artwork or printing we produce for the purposes of promoting our services unless you request otherwise in writing.

Illegal Matter

Print Solutions reserves the right not to print any matter deemed illegal, libelous or offensive, or which may be an infringement of the proprietary or other rights of any third party. This agreement indemnifies us in respect of any claims, costs and expenses arising out of any slanderous matter or any infringement of copyright, patent, and design or of any other proprietary or personal rights contained in any material printed for the customer. The indemnity shall extend to any amounts paid on a lawyer’s advice in settlement of any claim.

Consequential Loss

Print Solutions accept no liability whatsoever for consequential or third party losses, resulting in a delay in delivery howsoever caused. Third party delivery and courier services involving goods we produce are not guaranteed by Print Solutions, any delay or loss in transit is to be taken up by the client with the carrier privately. If insurance services for delivery are required then it should be pointed out at production stage.

Financial Loss

Print Solutions accept no liability whatsoever for financial loss or loss of earnings arising from products or services provided by Print Solutions.

Liability

Print Solutions shall not be liable for any loss to the customer arising from delay in transit caused by circumstances beyond the control of Print Solutions.

Price Breakdown

The invoice we send you will be itemised, showing the cost of the design and research process, resources, the production of the print itself and delivery. Supplying us with suitable material will, therefore, reduce the time spent on design and, thereby, the final charge.

Jobs Put On Hold or Cancelled By The Client

Any orders put on hold or cancelled by the client during production will be invoiced at current stage along with any materials used or purchased in advance of use for your order. This invoice must be paid in full.

Credit Terms

For invoices not settled within the agreed credit terms, we reserve the right to charge interest on the overdue debt at 2% above the Bank of England base rate at the time and an administration fee to cover the debt recovery costs. Goods will not be released until paid for in full (unless credit facilities are in place). All goods remain the property of Print Solutions until paid for in full and cannot be collected until payment has been received.

Insolvency

Any customer ceasing to pay their debts in the ordinary course of business or proving unable to pay their debts as they become due or, being, a company, is deemed to be unable to pay its debts, or has a winding-up petition issued against it or, being a person, commits an act of bankruptcy or has a bankruptcy petition issued against it, Print Solutions, without prejudice to other remedies, shall:

  • (i) have the right not to proceed further with the contract or any other work for the customer and be entitled to charge for work already carried out (whether completed or not) and materials purchased for the customer, such charge to be an immediate debt due to it, and
  • (ii) in respect of all unpaid debts due from the customer, have a general lien on all goods and property in its possession (whether worked on or not) and shall be entitled on the expiration of 14 days’ notice to dispose of such goods or property in such manner and at such price as we think fit and to apply the proceeds towards such debts.
Data Protection

Print Solutions agrees keep the confidential information of its customers confidential, including details of referrers and those who are referred. All such data recorded will be completely secure, and all information will be treated as confidential in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
