Lithography is a print process that suits medium-to-high volume printed products on a wide variety of paper and board stocks. It is quick, efficient and can be easily finished using a full range of finishing processes.
From full colour to spot colour and up to SRA2 sheet size we print a varied range of products including menus, business stationery, brochures, mailers and forms such as NCR pads.
Our fully automated silk screen press compliments our large format printing service. With the ability to work with substrates that are large in size (A2 to A0) and various thicknesses, screen print is used for signage, posters, mailers, brochures etc, and allows us the ability to apply coatings such as glues, varnishes and silver scratch-off latex inks as well as standard spot colours to your printed products.
Digital printing is perfect for customers wanting a quick print order, that is consistent with quality and delivered quickly. Our digital printing service is facilitated using an SRA3 platen bed, copy and print all in one process.
We digitally print a range of print products such as leaflets, A3 posters, reports, tenders, business cards, forms, letterheads, stickers, labels and so much more.
Letterpress printing has a unique quality about it. Although it’s an old printing process, it can’t be faulted for its tactile quality. Inked type is pressed onto the surface of paper or board and then air dried, giving the printed page a traditional feel.
If you’re intending to make a long-lasting impression with a special touch, we can use this printing process for almost any order, such as wedding stationery, greetings cards, business cards, invitations or gift tags.
Printing is just the beginning. Our customers are able to choose from our wide range of additional print finishing services that give their print requirements that extra finishing touch.
Adding an impactful coating or varnish to your print.
Spot UV is a popular finishing method that draws attention to select areas of a design with either a glossy or matt slightly raised surface that sits on top of the printed image. It provides a visual and tactile stimulus of varying textures on the printed surface.
Flood UV Varnishing or Flood Coating is a process where we apply a varnish to the entire surface of the printed sheet. Typically used on digital products, it allows the printed material to remain clean and relatively moisture proof.
A distinctive way to cut your print out into a specific bespoke shape.
Die cutting can be used to punch out a unique shape, or punch in a decorative shape or pattern onto paper, card and some plastics. Using your designs, our specialists make cutting formes to match the profile you need, which are placed on our machines. The substrates are compressed against the cutting formes and the waste is then removed. Your bespoke die cut printed product is then ready for packing.
The Print Solutions Cutter Stock will soon be available online for our customers to choose from thousands of unique dies.
An adhesive strip or goal post that becomes sticky once moistened.
Remoist gumming is generally applied to envelopes or mailer return cards. It’s a specialised type of glueing where adhesive gum is applied to an area of the sheet of paper intended for the end recipient to ’lick and stick’ for return by post.
It enables an efficient process to return information through the post that is sealed and secure. It is sometimes used alongside pattern perforating.
A foil stamp that gives your print luxurious detail.
Foil blocking is the process of applying metallic or pigmented foil to paper or card, where a selected detail of print in the form of a die is pressed onto the foil using heat and pressure.
Whether the foil is used over larger areas or on finer details, when we apply it – your print will always look luxurious!
Making your print interactive with scratch away surfaces.
By printing liquid latex (in gold or silver metallic) on top of the existing print it creates a scratch off layer that can be rub removed, just like a scratch card. First, we apply an undercoat of spot UV varnish which acts as a primer, and then the silver or gold latex is applied on top.
Silver Scratch generates interaction with the respondent and is particularly popular in marketing campaigns and competitions.
Creating three-dimensional prints with raised or pressed-in surfaces.
Embossed areas are raised against paper, card or other material, while debossed areas are sunken into the surface.
Applying pressure with bespoke built male and female embossing dies, we can highlight any detail with this impressive finishing method.
We use your designs, or our own to create the dies and can embellish with foil too if desired.
Fixing printed pages together to create a book.
Different types of paper, or quantities of paper, mean there’s a need for multiple binding options.
We’re fully equipped to provide PUR Perfect Binding, Wiro Binding, Coil Binding or Saddle Stitching to our customers who need a dependable book-making solution.
Preparing your print with perfect creases before folding.
Prints that have a folded end result can often develop disfiguration and cracks on the printed, varnished or laminated folds if they are not properly prepared in advance.
We crease and fold paper using specialist machinery to achieve high quality, durable fold lines. Our folding capabilities are wide and varied, from simple cards folded in half, to maps and event guides which are multi and cross folded.
Adding protection and decoration to your print.
After printing on to paper (170 – 350 gsm) we can then laminate it with a 25 micron plastic layer, which helps to keep the sheet protected.
But it’s not just durability that customers require lamination for; the soft touch velvet, gloss, silk, satin or matt lamination are just a few options we offer for a decorative look that enhances the feel of the print.
We can also achieve embossed lamination finishes, giving realistic textures like leather and linen for added impact.
Cleanly and accurately guillotining printed items to desired sizes

Our highly skilled operators are able to accurately cut the most demanding of jobs using guillotines fitted with the best in Tungsten Tipped Blades and computer programmed technology.
